Shop with confidence

You can shop at Mr Wares knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to Mr Wares and we will provide you with an exchange or in the case of faulty items a repair, replacement or refund according to the procedures outlined below.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

original register receipt
proof of purchase received with online purchase
original exchange/return receipt

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Mr Wares is happy to offer you an exchange provided that:

it is within 14 days of purchase
you have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
the item is unused and unworn in resalable condition with any original
tags and labels still attached and in its original undamaged packaging

Faulty Items & Consumer Guarantees

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Mr Wares customers are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees.

If an item purchased from Mr Wares fails to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy by repair, replacement or refund and compensation for any consequential loss – depending on the circumstances.

Returns Procedure

Items can be returned in store or to our warehouse. If you are shipping an item back to Mr Wares please notify us before you return the item by email so we can provide you with a return number and further instructions for returning your item. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know your new selection.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
