Lodge has been manufacturing high quality cast iron in South Pittsburg, Tennessee for over a century.  Lodge sprays vegetable oil onto the cookware, then bakes it on at high temperatures to create a natural, easy-release cooking surface.  Suitable for electric, gas, glass, induction, oven and campfire - brutally tough for decades of cooking.  Made in USA.

Joseph Lodge created a legacy of quality that has thrived through two World Wars and the Great Depression and is still carried on by his family today.
